To log onto this system, you must know an account or last name and the appropriate password. Log on by saying LOGIN. The LOGIN command has the following general forms: LOGIN You will be prompted for your name or account and password. LOGIN name/password Where name is your last name, and password is your account password. If the slash and password are left off (they are optional), you will be prompted for your password. LOGIN [grp,mem]/password LOGIN [grp/mem]/password Where grp and mem are the group and member numbers of your account. The square brackets and password are optional. If a comma separates grp and mem, system messages (the LB:[1,2]LOGIN.TXT file) will be dis- played on your terminal immediately after you have logged in. If a slash is the separator, the LOGIN.TXT file will be displayed on your terminal until a % is found in column 1 of the file.
