This program generates a complete display of the specified character sets
 with the exception of the <SP> character.  The <SP> is a space in all sets
 except in character set 9 where it is a half-<SP>.  To run the program, type:
 
 RUN [4,4]SETS
 
 The screen will erase and then the following question will appear,
 
 Character sets: 
 
 Enter the minimum [and maximum] set numbers you wish samples of,
 the program will automatically generate hardcopies.  This program
 is set up to be used on a Tektronix 4014.  ^Z to exit.
