DEF is an interactive utility that creates RMS-11 files.  It
 is started by
 
        DEF [command string]
 
                or
 
        RUN $RMSDEF
 
  command string = @filespec
                   HELP or ? - gives introductory HELP message
                   /ID - to get DEF's version number
 
 DEF's questions can be responded to by using answers such as:
 
    Y           Yes
    N or <CR>   No
    CTRL/Z      Terminate DEF
    ?           To provide help text for the specific question being
                asked
