RMS is the DEC supplied record management system. It is composed
 of a series of user callable subroutines which implement sequential,
 relative, and indexed file organizations and is accessable from 
 MACRO-11, BASIC-PLUS-2, COBOL-11, and other DIGITAL languages.  Other
 HELP information available includes switch and command summaries for
 RMS utilites and for RMS error message numbers.  Type one of the
 following commands to access other RMS utility information:

        HELP RMS ERRORS nnnn    to obtain RMS error code explanations

        HELP RMS BCK   - file backup
        HELP RMS CNV   - convert
        HELP RMS DEF   - interactive file define
        HELP RMS DSP   - file attribute display
        HELP RMS IFL   - indexed file load
        HELP RMS RST   - file restore
