 jumpers description :

j4a (DRQ:data request) : a=5 ,b=6,c=7
j4b (DACK :data access) : a=5 ,b=6,c=7
j3  (IRQ:interrupt request) :a=15,b=12, c=11 ,d=10

cable:
the NO.1 pin is the one towards the out side metal face which
should be the pin to take the red mark on the data cable  

and on the drive its not like the well known ide data cables
its exactly the opposite red mark of the cable to the out side 
(not the one beside the power cable)
