SAVSTAMP is a DateStamper(tm) utility for ZCPR3 systems.

It saves the create datestamp of a specified file and (later)
changes the create datestamp of a (possibly different) file to
the saved value.

SAVSTAMP can be used before and after running programs (such as
most text editors) that deletes and then recreates a modified
version of a file, in order to preserve preserve the file's
original create datestamp.
