The file with this note is for Astrologers to use when doing natal 
charts and progressions. One of the tools used when performing such 
procedures is %H2%LOGARITHMS%H2%, but of a kind subtley different from either 
of Napier or Denary.

So as to allow the input to be either angles or time the temporal 
data is in hours/degrees, minutes and seconds. The Z88 is good enough 
in its provision of number-representation to allow seconds although 
fractions of seconds will tend to disappear into the errors of binary 
floating point.

The logarithm is limited in range to 0 < x <= 5.

The temporal data is limited in range to 0 < y < 24:00:00.

The program is used by entering temporal data OR a logarithm. The 
program responds by calculating the other data. The temporal data are 
in multiples of one second. The logarithm data is to 8 decimal 
places.
