This program enables the speed of vehicles to be measured anywhere 
where there is reasonable siting of a small section of road.  All that 
is necessary is to select a comfortable viewing position and then 
choose two markers along the roadside opposite, lamp-posts or trees are 
ideal, and measure the distance between them.  This should be 20 metres 
or more to obtain reasonable accuracy.

After that, retire to your vantage point.  The first screen will prompt 
you to enter the distance between your markers to start and then it is 
just a matter of pressing a key when a car passes your first marker and 
then pressing again when it passes the second marker.

You will see the time and speed recorded as each car speed is measured.

After a reasonable number of samples have been taken, pressing ESC will 
invoke GRAPHIT which plots a disribution chart of all the speeds 
recorded.

Pressing TAB at this point returns you to the first screen.
