Z88 Graphics Patch with Epson Screen Dump

The version of Richard Russell's graphics patch included here, has been
extended to include a screen dump to an Epson type printer.
When chained in, the version number should be 2.d to indicate the dump.
At any time the dump can be used by CALL 11011 , the ESC key will stop
printing, the INDEX and [] keys are also active during a dump !

This version of the dump based on an original by Richard Bignell has
been rewritten and compressed by Richard Russell, and sets PAGE to
2C00.
